Once Worn Visions:  Is an online shopping service for people (shopaholics) to buy and sell clothing and accessories that have been worn once or never worn at all.

Categories include wedding gowns, debutante gowns, bridesmaid’s dresses, formal wear, maternity wear, corporate wear, race wear, Holy Communion gowns, shoes, bags, hats and Jewellery and many more.

We have all bought something and worn it only once or never worn it at all.

Sellers are given the opportunity to advertise using up to 3 photos of each item that they wish to sell with a detailed explanation about the item for sale.

Buyers search the categories see what they like and contact the seller direct.

I started developing the business just over 12 months ago.

For over 20 years I had my own business designing and making bridal and evening wear.  I expanded that into a separate division selling second hand bridal and evening wear which was very popular.  After leaving Sydney to return to Melbourne to live I did not wish to restart my bridal design business and decided it was time to investigate the idea that had been floating around in my mind for sometime now.

My experience with all the many clients I had dealt with and knowledge of fashion and what people wanted and were willing to spend, I knew that I was on a winner with my online idea.

I wanted my new business to be Australian based for Australian people with the possibility of expanding to New Zealand in the future.  The biggest complaint that I was hearing about other popular online buying and selling services is that they were selling to the world and that was not working.

Therefore Once Worn Visions was born.
